Respecting the privacy rights of people who visit our website grupa4p.pl (the "Website"), we declare that data obtained in this way is processed in accordance with national and European law and under conditions ensuring its security, including confidentiality, availability, integrity and accountability of processing activities.

To ensure transparency of our data-processing operations, we present the personal data protection rules applied by the Company under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

II. Has the Controller appointed a Data Protection Officer?

In matters concerning the processing of your personal data and your related rights, you can contact the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Company by email at iod@grupa4p.pl or in writing to the Controller's registered office address indicated in section I above.

III. What personal data do we process?

In connection with your use of our Website, we process personal data obtained through:

  1. the "Contact us" form, including your email address and other information provided by you in the message,
  2. technical data transmitted when using the Website, including in particular IP address, information about how the Website is used, page-view time, browser and device information, operating system type and language version used on the device.

IV. What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?

The Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. enabling use of our Website for informational purposes (legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest in providing access to its Website, Website functionality and optimization, and IT-system security, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  2. exchanging correspondence by replying to an inquiry sent via the "Contact us" form (legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest in enabling contact with the Company or submitting an inquiry or objection, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  3. asserting or defending legal claims related to operation of the Website, preventing crimes and conducting related investigations (legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest, i.e. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

V. To whom may we disclose your personal data?

Recipients of your personal data may include authorized public authorities and entities providing services to the Controller under concluded agreements and in accordance with the Company's instructions, including in particular IT-service providers involved in Website operation.

VI. How long will we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed until the legal basis for processing expires, the processing purpose is achieved or otherwise expires. Where the processing is based on the Company's legitimate interest, personal data will be stored until the Controller's legitimate interest is fulfilled or until you object to the processing of personal data.

The above processing periods may be extended if processing is necessary to establish, pursue or defend potential claims, and afterwards only where and to the extent required by law.

VII. What rights do you have in connection with our processing of your personal data?

The Company enables you to exercise the following rights:

  1. right of access - you have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it. You also have the right to obtain information concerning, in particular, the purpose of processing, categories of processed data, information about recipients, the planned storage period and your rights;
  2. right to erasure - if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or if you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing, or if you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to request erasure of your data in whole or in part. This right does not apply to data that is necessary to pursue, establish or defend our claims or to comply with our legal obligation to process or store data under applicable law;
  3. right to restriction of processing - if, in your opinion, we hold incorrect data about you, process it without a valid basis, or you do not want us to delete it because you need it to establish, pursue or defend claims, and also for the period before your objection to processing is considered, you have the right to request that we restrict data processing only to storage or other actions agreed with you. Despite exercising this right, we may process your data where this is necessary to establish, pursue or defend our claims;
  4. right to data portability - you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and then request that this data be transmitted to another controller, if your data is processed on the basis of your consent or a contract concluded with you and if the processing is carried out by automated means;
  5. right to object to personal data processing - on grounds relating to your particular situation, you may object at any time to our processing of your personal data if we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest. After an objection is submitted, we will no longer be able to process personal data on the above legal basis unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims;
  6. right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - if you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw.

To exercise the rights listed above, please send your request to iod@grupa4p.pl or by post to the Company's registered office address. The rights listed above are not absolute and will not apply in every case of personal data processing by us.

Before fulfilling the above rights, we are required to verify the identity of the person making the request as the data subject.

VIII. Cookies

The grupa4p.pl website does not use cookies and does not store analytics data in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Website traffic statistics are collected in a cookieless mode, without saving identifiers on the user's device.

IX. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We are entitled to change this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this document will be announced on this page without delay. We will gladly answer any additional questions concerning this document or the Website in general.
